Flink

As a junior brand designer/production assistant, I was responsible for delivering visual assets communicating Flink's campaigns across different channels, supporting senior designers in their tasks, and occasionally helping with photo shoot coordination. During my time at Flink, I have also begun to learn the principles of motion design which allowed me to take on a new role within the company and create animated assets for the French market. Additionally, I designed e-mail headers and banners as well as category tiles’ visuals communicating Flink’s campaigns, adjusted print materials, e.g. the mailbox postcard design to be suitable for the Austrian market, and created presentation decks and social media assets. I also collaborated with our Head of Creative Anna Bulycheva and Senior Designer Allison Cheng in the ideation process of redesigning stickers for Flink’s ready-to-eat products and designed various visuals for one of the Rider’s Campaigns - Flink Peer Awards, an initiative where colleagues working in hubs could nominate each other, peer-to-peer to win a prize for outstanding performance.
