ARX Robotics

ARX is a defense technology company specializing in the development of autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defense sector. The objective was to build upon the existing brand identity in alignment with ARX’s new brand positioning and to design a brand booklet serving as a foundation for future development and for onboarding new talent. As a brand designer, one of the challenges addressed was the adjustment of the primary logo, changing from ARX Landsysteme to ARX Robotics - a name better suited for internationalization. Additionally, comprehensive guidelines were created for proper logo usage, defining the minimum safe space, and logo color options, and suggesting various applications for the primary logo, secondary logo, and logo mark. Another task involved expanding the color palette to cater to a more diverse customer group while still primarily targeting military customers. Creative layout options for print media were also proposed, inspired by the distinctive shapes of two of ARX’s autonomous robots, GEREON 2 and GEREON 3, along with guidelines for constructing such layouts. The final visual identity encapsulates the essence of ARX Robotics - modern and reliable, dedicated to delivering robust, cutting-edge, and cost-effective solutions.
