Jazz Kitchen Coastal Bar & Grill Rebrand

Building on two decades of partnership with Downtown Disney, the Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio project was reimagined to infuse authentic New Orleans cuisine with California coastal culture. I worked with Ralph Brennan and his incredible team to build a brand that would speak to a younger, contemporary customer base while retaining the core DNA of this Orange County staple. The brief included the need to transform the one location into a dual concept by developing Beignets Expressed as a sibling brand. From visual identity, colors, typography, brand guidelines, wall mural design and custom wall paper design to packaging and digital art direction, I led this brand through a complete brand transformation. I also art directed a food photoshoot to build an asset bank of photography for their website and large scale construction barriers.
