Alameda Alliance for Health Customer Research

Alameda Alliance for Health, a California-based health care provider, wanted to learn what their billers were experiencing while trying to submit and reconcile patient claims. As half of the user research team, I interviewed 10 contracted billers, identified pain points, synthesized data into digestible insights and designed simple infographics to communicate with AAH internal stakeholders.
