You may not know that Dell.com sells more than just Dell products. You may not know that Dell.com ships everything for free. And, you may not know what it means when people say, "Free Shipping and Handling." Well, everyone understands, "Free Shipping." But, truth be told, we still don't understand, "Free Handling." We do, however, know that the good people at Dell take their handling seriously. Very seriously. I came up with this "whatever happened to the handling?" concept, wrote the scripts and art directed the shoot.
