The Employee Loyalty program is to support consistent and equitable recognition of key tenure milestones and celebrate employees' extraordinary impact.
As the program became more integrated into the company, it became evident that a comprehensive system was necessary to manage the expanding array of deliverables. This includes presentations, stationery, and colour palettes for various tenure brackets, among others.
