The Home Depot Intern Project
Store managers have traditionally manually recorded SKUs for item replenishment and faced the challenge of resubmitting replenishment errors at Home Depot stores. To address these issues, I conducted several user interviews to identify pain points associated with the existing desktop version of SKU replenishment. After synthesizing my findings, I collaborated with my developers and Project Manager to create an app that streamlines the replenishment process.
