Zelda Timeline

This was a highly personal fan-project for me. I absolutely love and adore the Legend o Zelda games from Nintendo, and despite searching for a long time on the internet, there wasn't a well-presented, *well-designed* version of the Zelda timeline and catalogue of games. So, I did it myself.

I designed everything from scratch, from the initial layout sketches to much experimenting with different styles of design, before finally settling on a clean, flat design that focused on the content itself.

The website launched in November 2015, and immediately received 3 million visitors thanks to traffic from Reddit and social media. However, due to copyright, Nintendo sent me a DMCA notice, so I had to pull the website.
