Unconscious gender bias results in men and women being labeled very differently for the same behavior and functions as one of the biggest invisible barriers to workplace equality. SO we created the #BiasCorrect Plug-In (think spell check but for gender bias) to fight these biases in real-time workplace conversations and an integrated campaign to promote the tool.
