Stella Artois social channels were in need of a refresh. We weren't hitting our engagement metrics and posts were hitting way below benchmark. But as a premium brand, we were faced with the challenge of creating compelling content that people wanted to see and share. When we looked at our feed, we saw our high budget, lifestyle shoots, were our lowest performers, and our straightforward product shots were our highest. Our photos weren't relatable to our audience because they felt unattainable, too perfect, and too premium. So when given the opportunity to refresh, we did. Our refresh consisted of table top shoots, with up and coming creators. We wanted to create product forward, still life photos, that our consumers could see themselves in. We wanted to capture moments in time that felt perfectly imperfect. Highly stylized, to maintain a premium lens, but relatable enough to hold the eye of someone scrolling past. So.. Did it work? Yes!
