Club Publix Launch

For nearly four years, I worked with Publix Marketing to develop an omnichannel team from the ground up to bring the future of our world famous creative pedigree into the screen-to-store era. We built an omnichannel team specialized in ecommerce, CRM/loyalty and social media engagement/content creation. At it's core, a loyalty program was developed ultimately named Club Publix. Our team, with my lead, developed this idea from the brief to the creative strategy, naming, branding and creative system executions. In collaboration with our Interactive team, we also developed UX/UI for all of our digital platforms (web & app), and we developed complexed personalization journeys with digital strategist leveraging the full Salesforce suite. As part of this project's leadership, I helped VPs and Directors build a new agile process to help the department begin a new era of work never experienced before in the organization with cross-departmental teams from research and analytics to strategy and project management. Ultimately, building the infrastructure for five other concept teams in the Creative Services sub-department.
