Target DWNTWN

For the opening of Target’s first downtown Manhattan location, the brand asked for a special introduction to the city. Target locations always honor their surroundings–acting more like a welcomed, connected new neighbour, and this one was no different. 

Drawing from historic NYC Subway vernacular, the design system (literally) pointed downtown, and paired Target items and objects that spoke the language of everyday New Yorkers.
