Challenge:
This is a web app I did for a startup company. Basically, this app allows the user to create, manage, and optimize their cross-platform campaign in one place by providing an intuitive interface, smart AI guidance, and ad platform integration.

Because this app is designed for all people, even non-technical people know how to create an ad in seconds. Therefore, this all-inclusive product should have a very simple interface that guides the user along the way in creating, managing and optimizing their ads.

Solution
In order to create a fun and easy to use experience for the user, conversational headline, simple interface, and wizard approach are applied. Every step, the system has a conversation with the user to hold the hands of the user along the ride. Simple interface means everything is not cluttered. And each question has a couple of options or fields to complete and ability to go to the next page. That’s how this complex software turns into a simple to use and fun experience for the user.
