VERIZON - STAR WARS, MAY THE 4TH

TO CELEBRATE STAR WARS DAY (MAY 4TH), WE CHALLENGED FANS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO A SCAVENGER HUNT THAT TOOK PLACE ONLINE AND IN THE REAL WORLD TO PROMOTE VERIZON'S NEW PHONE; THE DROID TURBO.

USING #CAPTURETHEDROID, WE TWEETED A SERIES OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS THAT HINTED TOWARDS OUR PHYSICAL LOCATIONS WHERE WE SAT WITH A TEAM OF JAWAS AND AN R2-D2 UNIT TO AWAIT DIE HARD FANS. CONTESTANTS WHO TRACKED US DOWN (THERE WERE A LOT) WON PRIZES RANGING FROM TICKETS TO COMIC CON TO THE NEW DROID DEVICE. THIS TIME, THESE WERE THE DROIDS YOU WERE LOOKING FOR.
