SBE came to us with the problem that consumers weren't recognizing them as the curators of their experiences. They wanted us to come up with a solution that allowed customers to be fully immersed and cared to as a result of SBE directly. We took a mobile-first approach with a system that focused on making consumer residency seamless and easy, while keeping the platform simple, clean and friendly.
