Rexford Industrial Identity

I was the lead designer for this rebrand and website. Rexford Industrial is the #1 holder of industrial property in Southern California. They needed a visual identity that would reflect the success of their enterprise while making them appear modern and approachable. The resulting identity combines bold architectural constructions with a delicate spaciousness to celebrate the brand’s industrial strength while infusing it with a modern elegance. The Rexford symbol merges a perspective view of a box with the letter R, while the wordmark utilizes strong vertical alignments to establish an architectural structure.

The Rexford pattern, inspired by structural support beams and technical architectural drawings, offers a delicate contrast to the strength and boldness of other elements. The pattern offers sophistication by adding an airy delicacy to otherwise loud executions.
