Made the Johnsonville Way

Johnsonville has a long tradition of encouraging their employees to participate in all aspects of the company, well outside their specific job descriptions. They call this The Johnsonville Way.

For their new campaign, the agency proposed that their marketing should be approached with the ethos, and truly be “Made the Johnsonville Way”.

The employees literally came up with the scripts for the commercials, the agency serving only to bring their ideas to life, in all their Wisconsin sausage glory.
